The www.visittabor.eu site is owned and operated by Město Tábor, Žižkovo náměstí 2, Tábor, PSČ: 390 15, which is, in accordance with Act No.121/2000 Coll., Copyright Act, as amended, entitled to perform law of property to this site (hereinafter referred to as "Operator").
The Operator holds copyrights to the entire content of any kind, any arrangement, layout or file the Operator places at www.visittabor.eu. The site cannot be used in any other way than for personal purposes of the user without the Operator's permission (both in entirety or individual sections). Uses other than the above mentioned are subject to previous permission from the Operator. Access and usage of www.visittabor.eu are free.
Rights and Rules of the Operator and Users of this site follow these Rules of www.visittabor.eu Usage (hereinafter referred to as "Rules"). The Rules apply to everyone who visits this site (hereinafter referred to as "User"). A User expresses his/her consent with the Rules by opening any Operator's webpage.

Security of information is a very important matter to the Operator; therefore, all our activities follow general legally binding rules and also internal rules of the Town of Tábor.

If personal data are transferred and processed by third parties, the procedure has to abide by the Act on Protection of Personal Data and follow the deal on processing personal data, with organizational-technical guarantees to make personal data secure on the side of the processing party. The Town of Tábor clearly defines purposes of processing personal data and third parties are not allowed to use personal data for other purposes.
During a visit of www.visittabor.eu, cookies can be saved on the User's computer which help to recognize him/her during his/her next visit. Cookies enable us, for example, to adjust the site based on the User's needs or to save his/her username to avoid the necessity to enter it during each visit. If a User does not want to let his computer be identified, he/she has to adjust browser settings so that cookies are deleted from the computer HDD, to block cookies or to set up prompts before cookies are saved.
